Are the windows that you sell guaranteed?
All windows that we sell have warranties. The warranties are based on the manufacturers and each of them are slightly different.

Do you provide service if a window seal should leak or door hinges need adjustment?
Yes, we have some of the best service technicians in the business and we take pride in exceeding customer expectations with our service.

Does the copper clad windows and doors change color with time?
Yes, due to the oxidation process, copper clad will gradually change colors to a warm patina. This is a natural process and the copper becomes even more beautiful with age.

Once a product has been ordered, how long does it take for delivery?
There are several factors involved in determining the length of time for delivery i.e. time of year, size of order, distance to manufacturer, etc. If you order one of our Italian products it could take up to 4 months for delivery. However most products are delivered in 3-4 weeks.

Do you sell windows and doors for remodeling jobs?
